After 12 years in consulting and sales, I decided to refocus my career and utilize my MBA. When the opportunity to enter into the MRI network presented itself in 2003, it was an easy decision. Throughout my career, the most important and interesting aspect of every role had to do with relationships. Recruiting is all about relationships with clients, candidates, and the relationships that develop between the two.
Our office is built upon the premise of honesty and integrity. Ethics are extremely critical in recruiting. Without them, developing and maintaining relationships with our clients is impossible. Our goal is to partner with our clients, gaining an understanding of not only the job requirements but of the personality set desired. We commit to certain levels of performance and strive to meet those expectations and commitments.
Every day we challenge and push ourselves. Every day, we find ourselves growing and we are enjoying it to the fullest!

Over ten years experience in the high tech industry, Brandan decided to do what he's been doing his whole life, helping plan people's lives. In his experience, Brandan was given the task of massive relocations of former employees though out the continental united states. It's what he enjoys the most and what gives him the most pleasure. Assisting in guiding people's careers.
He believes what makes a good recruiter is someone you can trust. Not only in the present, but in the future as well. In this world of constant change and instability, it's nice to work with someone who can help build a professional relationship that is professional, honest and long-lasting.
Brandan recruits sales, marketing and clinical professionals for the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Brandan likes to work with people that are driven, passionate and serious about their careers.

Upon graduating from college with a BA in fine arts, I began searching for a career. I accepted a part time position as a Sales Representative with a vendor of a reputable computer company. This position allowed me to interact with customers and clients face to face to educate and train them about my products. I was able to help solve their home and business computer needs. While I was working as a Sales Representative I took on a role as Classroom Counselor for an alternative school. It opened my eyes to many different styles of communication, teaching, and learning. I have always enjoyed giving back to my community and passing on the power of learning.
I began my career in the recruitment industry in 2009 as a Contract Recruiter for a large firm in the Boston area. This was different than my previous sales position, but it was something that I excelled at instantly. This position gave me the opportunity to use my counseling and sales skills to speak with candidates about their career and life goals. I find this industry to be not only interesting, but rewarding as well.
After relocating to Cape Cod, I was excited to find an opportunity to continue in this industry. I am thrilled to bring my positive attitude and inquisitive mind to the great team at Dennis Partners. As a Project Coordinator, I am looking forward to working with their team of seasoned recruiters as well as being a part of the MRINetwork.

After working as an Assistant Office Manager for five years, I was restricted in growth opportunities with my former employer. I began searching for an opportunity to expand my professional career. A short time later I found MRI Network, Dennis Partners and was extremely eager to work with such a brilliant company.
I joined Dennis Partners, in the beginning of 2008 as the Office and Onboarding Manager. In addition to supporting and keeping our team up to date with our comprehensive training, I am also in charge of all internet postings and assist in internet researching. Dennis Partners gives me the chance to make the most of my skills in their fast-paced, energetic, team environment.
